*For brand new units, we offer a 1-year service warranty for parts. If any part malfunctions or fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part free of charge.
*For units that are mixed of preowned and brand new parts, we offer a 1-month service warranty for parts. If any part malfunctions or fails due to manufacturing defects within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part free of charge.
Replacement
*For brand new units, we offer a 2-week replacement period. If you encounter any issues with the unit within the first 2 weeks of purchase, we will replace it with a brand new unit at no extra cost.
*For units that are mixed of preowned and brand new parts, we offer a 1-week replacement period. If you encounter any issues with the unit within the first week of purchase, we will replace it with a brand new unit at no extra cost.
Please note that our warranty and replacement policies do not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage. Additionally, any modifications made to the unit after purchase will void the warranty.
